I'm Vanessa

a mother of three boys (20, 18 & 15), the oldest of my boys is on the spectrum.

I have always approached his autism as a communication problem. When he doesn't understand me or a situation it's my job to figure out how to change the way I deliver the information to him. Communication has been a passion of mine since long before I had my kids. My Master in Communication Science has helped in the way I analyse the situations I come upon with my son. 

On this platform I will share my experciences with you.

By telling you my everyday experiences with my son. How I sometimes fail and sometimes succeed in helping him. 

Off course this is just my view and approach. But I hope it will help you solve your kids "puzzles".
